These terms govern the sale of products offered on this website by Ridgevolt to you as a customer. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
The display of products on the site is an invitation to treat, not an offer. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. Any delivery charges are shown before you complete your order. Unless otherwise stated, standard shipping across the UK is free.
Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know promptly and refund any amount already paid.

Our goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015: they must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. You also have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, in addition to our own 30-day returns policy. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
